Peeling the Onion

America dodged a bullet on Saturday August 19, 2017 in Boston when, it seems, that, at least on one side, cooler heads prevailed and decided to call off a rally that was all cocked and primed to continue the chaos that plagued Charlottesville, Virginia the week before.

I want to commend the Boston law enforcement apparatus for the strategic planning and the follow through action they took to manage the elements and prevent a violent confrontation.

Unfortunately, I fear that this will not be the case in the coming weeks when those who claim to be motivated by civil justice and are actually motivated by hate and a desire to tear down the status quo, and I am referring to the fringe element on both sides of the barricades, will again take to the streets.

If this situation is allowed to go on it will soon escalate into death and the destruction of property and unprecedented animosity as the casualties on both sides mount and revenge joins the violent motives already in play.

Just where does the blame fall?

Regardless of what the media and the apologists would tell you, there is blame for the violence on both sides, its only common sense, since its certainly not one side fighting among themselves.

Even on television you can see violence taking place on both sides of the barricades and the provocateurs are easy to point out, elements of both sides came to the event for the sole purpose of provoking and reacting to a violent confrontation.

I would bet a Cadillac to a mule collar that there are paid participants, professional rabble rousers and many who couldnt even give a coherent explanation of why they were there in the first place.

And theres bound to be a few fringe crazies and nut jobs like the idiot who ran his car into a crowd of protestors, killing a young woman he didnt even know. In my book, he is a domestic terrorist and should be treated as such.

So where do we go from here and what do we do to quell the violence.

I dont know how we can quell it, but one thing I do know, it is definitely not past the power of our law enforcement to contain it and the federal, state and municipal powers that be had best be about doing it before American cities start burning and a body count begins.

Personally, I believe that our current civil unrest is provoked and supported, that it is just one piece on an international chess board, an all-out frontal assault by the shadowy global movers and shakers to bring down a president they cant control.

Stop and think, after years of being able to control the flow of undocumented cheap labor into this country and suddenly youre faced with a president who is determined to build a wall to put an end to it, what would their reaction be?

And after having the ability to adjust the price of oil around the world and youre faced with a president who is determined to drill and frack Americas way to total petroleum independence with plenty left over for export what do you do?

When youve been able to affect a nations policy toward taking in refugees in numbers sufficient to change the racial makeup of that nation and eventually control the politics
and America has a president who refuses to participate whats your reaction?

When youre used to influencing the makeup of a presidents cabinet and a maverick comes along and doesnt even seek or accept your recommendations how do you react?

But the most important thing we have to remember, no matter how the vested parties try to persuade us, the people on the streets of both persuasions are but a grain of sand when compared to the 308,746,000 souls who make up the population of this country and want the whole thing to go away.

America is supposed to be a nation of laws and provides places for grievances to be aired, by judicial or legislative means.

Nothing will be settled by bloodshed and destruction, and thats exactly where this is headed and John Q Public, who has yet to be heard from, is not going to sit docilely by and watch his family put in danger and his neighborhoods destroyed.

Is there actually anybody who thinks that even if all the disputed monuments were removed everybody would fold their tents and go home?

Naw, this is just the appetizer, the main course is yet to come.

Do you want to see the play book?

Its called Rules for Radicals by Saul Alinsky

What do you think?

Pray for our troops, our police and the peace of Jerusalem.

God Bless America

Truth
Amen, Amen & Amen Charlie, Excellent jib by the Boston Law Enforcement, my hat is off to them. We got a President with gonads, brain and moral compass. The three thing the last three have been missing. Trump also has people under him that know the agenda of Obama, Soros and the other globalist's, so the know the truth, not the stories and lies put out by the main stream media. God Bless Plowboy

Don't Worry
The Great Wall in the desert will never get built. Only the right-wing zealots who bought into this snake oil remedy ever thought it would be. The violence now is the result of a lot of Nazis and KKK who think they have a President watching their back. They think they can do what they please, even running down people with their cars. That kind of nonsense will end.

Paranoia
It is interesting that a march by neo-nazi groups and white supremacists - hundreds chanting antisemitic statements - is twisted into a plot to destroy president trump by "shadowy global movers and shakers" following the teaching of Saul Alinsky. Some folks are truly getting paranoid as they get older. Regarding the presidents remarks - David Duke has already thanked him.

Setup?
Might have something to do with the fact that Jason Kessler, the organizer of the Charlottesville rally, was an Obama supporter and Occupy Wall Street protester. Seems unlikely that he just had a change of heart. Sounds like he was trying to ignite a fire. https://www.wnd.com/2017/08/setup-man-behind-white-supremacist-rally-supported-obama/

A Conspiracy Every Which Way
It is interesting to see so many right-wing conspiracy theories form so quickly around the violence in Charlottesville not only absolving groups like the Nazis and the KKK of any blame but pushing it on Obama or whatever other Democrat is handy. Some poor guy who filmed the maniac in the car is now fending off accusations of being a CIA plant. The one thing the far-right is good at is avoiding acceptance of responsibility for their mistakes. It would be nice if just once the right would acknowledge who they are and the mistakes they have made. I lived in South Carolina for many years and liked the food and the people and the music but NASCAR never caught on with me.

Don't be ridiculous
For the love of all that's holy, nobody is "absolving" the KKK or white supremacists! That's the most asinine thing that I've ever heard. President Trump (whose daughter and son-in-law are both Jewish) has repeatedly condemned these groups over many many years. He placed blame on BOTH groups for what happened in Charlottesville. Protesting the white supremacist groups? That's great. Shout them down until they can't hear what comes out of their own mouths. The counter protestors were prepared to fight, complete with bottles of urine to throw. That is NOT "absolving" the white supremacist groups. That's just the facts.

I think you missed it
Did you miss the part about Kessler being an Obama plant trying to stir up trouble? Back up a couple of comments and take a look.

Truth
Everyone is too stupid to see that there are forces working behind the scenes, making sure that the fighting gets worse, they want this nation in turmoil. Mark my words, save this comment.... Hell is coming to US soil and we are throwing out the welcome mat. I swear on my soul, there is something really evil and dangerous lurking behinds the scenes that is waiting for the right time to destroy this country and EVERYONE in it!

Trump - Inconsistent comdemnation
Actually, trump has not consistently condemned these groups and indeed, David Duke has thanked trump for his support. An example is the interview during the campaign when trump stated that he did not know David Duke and refused to disavow him. This was clearly a lie - as trump had commented on david duke in the past and was familiar with david duke. Regardless of trump's own beliefs, he appears to be catering to these groups in order to get their support (including their votes). Judging by comments by David Duke and other white supremacists - trump's tactics appear to be working.

LMAO
You mean the link that i posted, Dana? Yes, I did see that one. Although I don't think I said anything about Kessler being an Obama plant... Let me go back and read again to make sure. Nope, I don't see that, but please feel free to correct me, if I did. What I DID say, and backed up with the link I posted was that this guy had been an Obama supporter and Occupy Wall Street protestor. Does that mean that Obama, Hillary Clinton or the DNC told this guy to pretend he was now a white supremacist and organize a rally? Again... I NEVER implied that. Could there be other leftist forces that thought they could continue to create chaos? Absolutely.

Combat Veterans view
I may not be the sharpest tool on the shed but when the city police are ordered to back off the center point of violence while the State Police do not have the man power or the resources to respond to a riot. It's looks as though someone was looking for a sound bite. Hate is evil, and Jesus said to love your enemy. But it's becoming harder for society to respect and love each other when leaders do not lead by example. Would love to hear back from you my brother in Christ, Please pray for my mother as she is in the hospital right now. Respectfully Tommy L Hillyard
