Blind Leading The Blind

Let me get this straight, the United States of America, which is stone broke and catastrophically in debt because of it's fiscal irresponsibility, is going to send billions of dollars to help out a country that is even more fiscally irresponsible than we are.

It may technically be the International Monetary Fund who is writing the check, but the good ol' U.S. of A. contributes more to the I.M.F. than any other nation, and our part may be around ten billion dollars.

Giving money to Greece is like dropping a pebble in a two hundred foot sink hole, the pebble completely disappears and the hole just gets bigger, you could empty the vault of the U.S. Treasury into Greece and unless they denounce socialism and bring their union and entitlement situation under control, it will be right back in the same desperate shape in less time than it takes the Mint to print it.

Why is it so hard for people like Barack Obama to admit the fact that socialism is a one-way street to oblivion? It's been tried again and again and always tears apart the unfortunate country fool enough to elect socialists to office, or cursed enough to have them just take over in a military coup.

The Democrats and Obama are driving a train down a one-way track at 90 miles an hour with a huge stone wall across the track ten miles ahead, and when warned about the coming wreck only increase the speed of the train to 110, hurrying the day of disaster.

Insanity, as described by Albert Einstein, is taking the same action over and over and expecting a different result. Look at what's happening in Washington now, all they can do is spend more and more money. I've always said that it's easy to spend somebody else's money.

The casualties of socialism are always the same; the truth, prosperity, productivity, freedom and finally law and order. Look at what's happening in Greece right now, and believe me, that's just an inkling of what's coming in the future when the socialistically spoiled citizens finally reach the bottom of the bailout barrel.

Obama is giving away money to Greece that America simply doesn't have. Even if we did have it, it would be a terrible investment. It only prolongs the misery in Greece, putting off the day when they will finally have to realize that socialism is a cancer that eats on the fabric of a nation until all that's left is debt, misery and chaos.

This is a totally unpredictable administration that is determined to have its way with America no matter how much pain and damage their policies cause.

This is an hourglass situation with the sand almost gone from the top half of the glass.

Never before in the history of this nation has a government taken over a car company or told companies what they could pay their executives or appointed scores of unelected and powerful czars to enforce the will of an administration on the people.

People, the United States of America is where Greece was a few years ago, headed down the same path and if not halted will suffer the same results.

And you can believe this now, or believe it after it's too late; what Obama and the Democrats want is an electorate that is totally dependent on the government for their livelihood, their medical care and their information. The more people who depend on the government for every aspect of their lives, the bigger the Democrats voting power.

What do you think all the fuss about immigration and amnesty is about, and whom do you think twelve million or so new citizens would vote for?
Obama knows.
