Before The Horse
While the out of touch politicians in Washington keep drawing
up amnesty bills that the American people do not want and will
not stand for they all but ignore the problem that allowed twenty
million illegal aliens to come into this country to start with.
No legislation, no matter how comprehensive will ever amount
to a hill of beans until we seal the border. It would be like
mending a finger-sized hole in a dam while one whole side of
it is collapsing.
It does not take a rocket scientist to realize that the problem,
which they refuse to fix, is not only not going away but it
is growing bigger and bigger with every passing day with Illegals
flooding across the border like a runaway tidal wave.
Let's use a little cowboy logic here. How are we going to deal
with millions more illegals when we can't even deal with the
millions we have here already? Not closing the border is like
throwing gasoline on an already out of control fire and you
can believe it now or you will believe it later this fire is
going to burn the very fabric of American life if it is not
brought under control very soon.
There are businesses who have no interest in stemming the tide
at the border, it means nothing more than a bloated labor pool
to them. But the first time the economy goes south and there
are millions of unemployed
people walking the streets of America, are these companies going
to take care of them? I think not. They'll just probably move
more of their factories out of the U.S. and keep on truckin.
It's odd to me that so many American companies have moved jobs
out of America and are still on the edge of bankruptcy and Japanese
car companies have brought jobs to the U.S. and are thriving.
Something here just doesn't add up.
All some of our politicians are thinking about, is a powerful
new voting block who would march to the polls like a herd of
sheep and push the button for the candidates who will give them
more and more of our tax dollars and
the sorry truth is that most of these politicians should have
gone home years ago.
Everybody is talking about how low the President's approvable
ratings are and they are almost historically low, but the Congress's
approval ratings are only about half of what the President's
are, so why can't they all wake
up to the fact that We The People, the ones who elected them,
the ones who pay their salaries, are fed up with their trying
to put a band-aid on a national heart attack.
I only hope that America will remember these people when they
vote the next time, I know I will.
Pray for our troops
What do you think?
