Where There's No Will

The body politic of the United States of America does not have the
collective will to go to war and finish it. I heard Hillary Clinton say the
other day that she would not take a military option off the table as far as
Iran was concerned.

I'm sure that has Ahmadinejad and the Imams trembling in their boots, a
threat of military action from a politician who hasn't got the guts to stick to a commitment she made years ago.

In case anybody has forgotten, she did vote for the war in Iraq along with John Kerry, who voted for it before he voted against it and most of the rest of the gonadless senators who are now running for cover.

Does anybody remember how long since the U.S.A. actually finished a war? I do it was 1945, the Second World War.

They are saying that Iraq is another Vietnam and they're right. Exactly the
same thing is happening in Iraq that happened in Vietnam. The media and the politicians are encouraging the enemy to carry on. Why not with so many allies in Washington?

The foreign policy of America is being determined by the major media as they slant the news to meet their own vision of what America should be. Sometimes I think some of these people would just like to do away with the military all together. That's just how far gone they are.

America would not last two weeks without the military and when the bad guys took over the first people who would get their throats cut in public would be the TV news anchors and the reporters at the New York Times and the college professors who spew their anti military crap to any college student unfortunate enough to be stuck in their classes.

I have an idea. What if we abolished the military selectively? What if we just abolished it in San Francisco, just left the protection of the city up to the people who refuse to let the recruitment officers operate in their city.

Then if they had a terrorist attack they could take care of it themselves
without having their city dirtied up by the military.

We live in a dangerous world and I'm convinced that there are many people in this nation who either will not face reality or honestly are dumb enough to
think otherwise.

The situation in Iran grows more desperate every day. Iran doesn't care how many people they kill or for that matter how many Iranians are killed, just as long as they can destroy Israel and cause havoc in the Middle East.

They are a problem that is either going to be dealt with before or after
they develop a nuclear bomb and I don't think an empty threat from a wish
washy Presidential candidate will make any difference one way or another.

Pray for our troops.

What do you think?
