Christians
We are hearing a lot these days about militant Christians, a
couple of
documentaries have been recently made about the subject.
Ok what is a militant Christian? Certainly not the same as a
militant Muslim
who straps dynamite to their body and blows up a bus load of
innocent
people.
The problem with these documentaries is that the people who
are making them know about as much about Christianity as a hog
knows about an airplane and wouldn't know a true Christian from
a meatball.
They stand afar in their stilted little world and point their
fingers at
God's people. Oh aren't they quaint, aren't they different,
aren't they
inferior.
Well let me tell you bunch of self appointed, supercilious,
overeducated, puffed up servants of the darkness something here.
You're treading on shaky ground and trying to hurt something
you neither understand nor try to.
You belittle Christians for being demonstrative when they worship,
when they raise their hands in the air when they are praising
their God and their Saviour Jesus Christ. Yet people at football
games can sit in the stands in freezing weather with no shirts
on and carry on all kinds of antics and you don¹t even
take any notice. And all they are doing is supporting a football
team.
You
put Christians under a microscope and criticize the slightest
thing they
do. You magnify the fallen among us and try to drag all Christianity's
name
through the mud because of the actions of one person.
You malign good men who do more good in the world in a week
than you'll do in a lifetime while giggling behind your hand
at a President who disgraced
the highest office in the world.
Why don't you just go ahead and tell the truth, you're scared
to death of
Christianity because you know that Christians are the only thing
that stands
between you and the kind of nation you want the United States
to be a place with abortion on demand, mandated euthanasia,
gay marriage, a totally secular world where anything goes and
no absolutes.
I know I sound angry but the truth is that actually I feel pity
for you. You
sit there with your masters and PhDs and think you're really
smart, but I
have news for you. You are blind, pathetic and in the end,you
lose big time.
Just to show you how you don't understand Christians I want
to share
something with you that was said by my Lord and Saviour Jesus
Christ two
thousand years ago.
You see, he knew there'd be people like you, enemies of Christianity.
So he
told us in Matthew 5:11-12, Blessed are you when people insult
you,
persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you
because of me.
Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven,
for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before
you.
Bring it on.
Pray for our troops.
