Jessica's
Law Revisited
They're still around folks, the leering, slimy, perverted predators,
just
waiting to get their hands on an innocent child. Just waiting
for an
opportunity to ruin the life and possibly end the life of a
child in a
horrible and incredibly cruel way.
The headlines are frightening and the reality is sickening.
Just imagine
some slobbering piece of garbage locking a little girl in a
closet and then
suffocating her to death. Imagine two boys killing a twelve-year-old
girl by
stuffing her panties down her throat with a stick.
Can you imagine a two hundred pound man forcing himself on a
three-year-old girl or boy?
These things happen people and so many times these unspeakable
atrocities are committed by repeat offenders who some lilly
livered judge didn't have the guts or the sense to take off
the street.
It¹s bad enough to know that these monsters are out there
but the sorry
fallacy of this whole situation is that so many of these people
have stood
before a judge and been given a sentence tantamount to a slap
on the wrist
and turned out on society to stalk the defenseless again.
It seems that for some reason our judicial system doesn't consider
a child
to be a full-fledged citizen. The death penalty is rarely talked
about in
the trial of a pedophile. It seems that system just considers
them to be
sick.
They're sick all right with a seemingly incurable disease. Why
should the
brutal murder of a child be considered a lesser crime than the
brutal murder
of an adult? If anything it should be more of a crime.
There should be severe mandatory sentences for these scumbags
up to and including the death sentence and some of the states
have gone a long way in that direction by passing Jessica's
law.
I was shocked to find out that my home state of Tennessee has
still not
passed Jessica's Law. Why, I don't know, but I intend to find
out.
Pray for our troops
What do you think?
