Misinterpretation

I recently played in a golf tournament to benefit an organization known
as The Jason Foundation. Jason, for whom the foundation was named, was
a teenage boy who committed suicide. His father,Clark Flatt, rather
than letting the devastating tragedy be nothing more than a bitter
memory,
started the foundation to distribute information and sponsor programs
for kids to help prevent teen suicide.

Until I had some conversations with Mr. Flatt I never realized how
epidemic the problem of teen suicide really is. The statistics are
staggering and it is one of the leading causes of death among young
people.

Why should young men and women in the prime of their lives with
everything to live for one day suddenly decide to end their lives? It’s
a sad situation and one that bears much looking into.

Some children actually don’t really think they’ll stay dead, they just
don’t take it seriously. Others have mental problems or yield to the
overwhelming conundrum of peer pressure.

These causes are horrifying enough but the thing that just floored me is
when I found out that there are web sites on the internet which
encourage kids to commit suicide. That’s right, sites which say things
like,”Show your parents, be one of the brave ones.”

Can you believe that? I know I had a hard time doing so. Clark Flatt
and his associates have gone to the Congress to try to have something
done about these sites only to hear, ”We’re sorry but we can’t help you,
it’s protected under free speech.”

Free speech!!!!! Come on people, is there anybody out there who is
harebrained enough to think that when our forefathers protected free
speech that they intended to protect a web site which encourages teen
suicide?

Of course they didn’t and although I know the A.C.L.U. would defend
these pigs until the death there is no way that it was the original
intent of the founders of this nation to protect such scum.

The more I see of it the more I absolutely detest political
correctness. At the risk of putting a handful of perverted slugs out of
business, we allow them to encourage our children to take their own
lives.

That’s simply a misinterpretation of the law’s intent. It was never
intended to protect such vileness.

And do you honestly think that the Constitution and the Bill of Rights
were intended to protect the rights of Nambla, the North American
Association for Man Boy Love. The A.C.L.U. does, they’ve defended this
bunch of filth.

I honestly don’t know how these people sleep at night. They’ve
perverted and twisted the laws of this nation to fit their own evil
ends. How can they defend the rights of these kinds of people and not
raise so much as their little finger to protect the rights of an unborn
child?

The A.C.L.U. looks upon itself as having the highest ideals and the
loftiest purposes. I say they’re just a bunch of self righteous lawyers
who would like nothing better than to turn America into an atheistic,
socialist country where sexual perversion and child abuse is the norm.
They have no respect for our nation, our children or our God.

But there is a court where political correctness is not allowed, where
right is right and wrong is wrong and no amount of fancy legal double
talk makes the slightest bit of difference. Where the truth is all that
matters, there are no appeals and the judge is that God that the
A.C.L.U. so disrespects.

Better think about it guys. Eternity is a mighty long time.

What do you think?
