Where Does It End?

This past week America was informed that some of our sensitive nuclear secrets had been misplaced at Los Alamos. The same place that China got their hands on some of our other sensitive nuclear secrets. I sometimes wonder what Bill Clinton would have to do before the media and the population of this nation would be offended enough to actually do something about him. I know, I know, Bill Clinton didn’t misplace the hard drives the nuclear secrets were stored on, but his Secretary of Energy, who just a few short months ago promised America that our nuclear secrets were safe, is responsible. He is responsible because it is his job, and Bill Clinton is responsible because he has put an evidently inept person into one of the most sensitive jobs in this country and refused to deal with him when he failed. If I hire a musician who is incapable of playing “ The Devil Went Down To Georgia”, who’s fault is it? It’s Charlie Daniels fault that’s who. And I take the blame because I'm the boss. Well, Bill Clinton is supposed to be the boss and yet he hires people who can’t cut it, and who blames him for it? I do for one. Even if I have to stand alone. I find it beyond belief that this man has done the things that he has to this nation and has not been held accountable. Oral sex is becoming common place among younger and younger kids. Well after all, the man who is supposed to be the leader of the free world said it is not considered sexual relations. Women who have fought long and hard for equality in the workplace have been demeaned and disrespected. Untold lives have been lost and uncountable babies have been cruelly murdered because this president has vetoed a bill to abolish partial birth abortion although the majority of America opposes it. He has made an art out of lying and redefined the word “is”. He appointed a Surgeon General, Jocelyn Elders, who unabashedly promoted masturbation. He has appointed judges who don’t believe in enforcing the law unless it applies to something which fits their political agenda. He cowers in fear of the teacher’s unions and the power they wield while our schools lose ground . School shootings have become an epidemic and the best he can do is criticize gun makers. I could go on and on but we all know what has been going on in Washington for the past seven years. I don’t believe that we will truly know the extent of Clinton’s corruption until he is out of office. There is no telling just how far the tentacles of rot will reach. We have no way of knowing how deeply the military cuts have gone nor how far our national defense has been compromised by an administration who cared more about staying in power that they did for the security of this nation. America has overcome a lot in our past, I only hope that we can overcome the Clinton legacy.
